I have experiences with a wide set of robotics system from self-built mobile robots to commercial 1.5 tons industrial manipulators. My experience ranges from low-level control to high-level planning and decision making using deliberation technology.

I have extensive experience in modern software development practices including version control, continuous integration and deployment, testing, and documentation. I am proficient in multiple programming languages and robotic frameworks.

I have successfully led and managed multiple projects, ranging from small research initiatives to large-scale EU-funded projects. My skills include planning, stakeholder communication, software development planning, team coordination and risk management.
Deliberation Technology
I specialize in deliberation technology, which involves high-level decision-making processes for autonomous systems. This includes task planning, execution monitoring, and adaptive behavior in dynamic environments. I have extensive experience with behavior trees.
Artificial Intelligence
Not only have I learned about state-of-the-art machine learning, but also have actual and practical experience in applying AI techniques to real-world robotics problems. This includes ranges from knowledge representation and reasoning to reinforcement learning.

With master and PhD degrees from leading European research institutions, I not only have a strong theoretical foundation but also practical experience working with cutting-edge research. Additionally, I applied my knowledge in various innovative industrial institutions.

I have more than 20 years of experience working in diverse teams and leading projects as well as institutions. I offer reliable communication, team coordination, and leadership skills to ensure successful project outcomes.
International Experience
Work experience in multiple countries including Sweden, Denmark, USA and Germany has provided me with a broad cultural perspective and adaptability. I have worked with colleageus from more than 30 countries and am fully comfortable working in German as well as English.

I think it is important for people to connect and share knowledge. Not only do I speak at and attend conferences like ROSCon as well as workshops, but I also contribute to the community, for example by creating and organizing the Robotics Meetup Bremen.
