This month’s meetup will be at the AICOR Institute for Artificial Intelligence (IAI), which is part of the University of Bremen. AICOR is a research institute that focuses on the development and application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, especially cognition-enabled robotics for everyday activities.

We will meet at 18:00 at the institute, TAB-building, Am Fallturm 1, Entrance E. Here is a direct link to the location on Openstreetmap. We will get a tour of the institute by Benjamin Alt, learn about their research activities and have the opportunity to ask questions about the activities.

As a 2nd part of the meetup, we will have a social get-together at the nearby pub OililiO, which is located just a 15min walk away. There will be a Science goes Public talk about understandable AI by Prof. Dr. Rolf Drechsel, starting from 20:30. At OililiO, there will also be food and drinks and we have the opportunity to socialize.

We are looking forward to see many of you again even though some of you might be on vacation.
